actually, system is now: Duron 800 (not O'Cd) 512 Crucial PC133 RAM Generic 300 Watt PS ATI Rage 128 w/ TV no usb devices. in fact, no cdrom, floppy either :D...my computer gets pulled apart quite often... its kinda funny actually, on one occasion, the computer froze (ie. not taking inputs)...

i was running win2k adv server and i figured it must be all the services and programs that was causing random freezing (no blue screen, just freeze)...and so i tried installing XP...but its doing the same thing...and somewhat noticably when watching media...i'm thinking it must be hardware...

im get a friends computer online using aol and it seems that while she can connect and check email, she cant browse the internet or use chat programs like aim. trying junoweb or netzero wont even connect. anyone know whats up? thanks!

oh really? havent ever used a scsi device, so im not too clear on this. the card that comes with it fits into an ISA slot and it can still be scsi?

i was running my computer with an abit mobo and wester digital 40 gb hd. when i swapped the hd over to another case as the primary which has the ecs k75sa mobo in it, the os didnt want to load up, saying something about bad boot files...but when i put the hd back into the old system, still works...
