    difference between OEM and Retail Hercules GTXP

    Newegg has them for $114 + $5 fedex VS $132 + $10 fedex for a Retail version. If the difference is only the box I don't see why I would want to pay $23 more. Can anybody who has the OEM version confirm the difference? Thanks
