It's the fans and the fan controllers (PSU controls the speed of case fans depending on temp). The only option I see is to exchange the PSU, and I have to have a scan/image of a purchase invoice/receipt to do so. Just hoping to find someone kind enough. If this effort fails, I'll just buy...
