So these chips are in the ram slots? I would pull them out, and if the amount of ram you have on boot up dosent change add more ram if you'd like. If the amount of ram dropped stick them back in.

sounds like you shouldnt be getting those temps, make sure you put on a little little bit of compound

I have 4 case fans also and if you could double the cfm i'd go for it. Having a cool case is a very good thing for your overclock. Keeps the videocard, north bridge, hd cool.

Warcraft 3 is direct3d like most games. Open gl are usually based on id software games. ex. soldier of fortune, doom3, quake, medal of honor... You shouldnt be seeing any artifacts in Warcraft 3. What was your previous video card and did you uninstall it properly. Might have to do with...

try using 133fsb in the bios

anything @ 1.7 and above is bad imo. Raising your Core Voltage above 1.7V on a P4 is risking the health of the CPU. check this out
