Chalk another one up for using Clockgen. I got it running at 240FSB x 9 (2200 MHz) for a 400 MHz overclock. However, I can't boot over 225 and I get memory errors unless I run at 220 or below via bios.
I just had this happen to me. I recommend unplugging the computer, and hitting the power button until all the lights on the cpu turn off (signaling the emission of all remaining power on the board). Then plug it back in to see if it turns on again. If it does, expect it to shut down again...
