This is only my 2nd loop ever (first one was about 2 weeks ago) so please feel free to critique! Im not thin skinned and would appreciate any comments or advice. The full system specs are: X3220 G0 (possibly switch out for an E8400 or a Q6600 G0 - still testing) EVGA 750i FTW! 8800 GTS G92...

Hmmm...so a 23C spike in temp between idle/load is acceptable? I thought that was QUITE high! Pretty high Vcore? LOL....well I guess everything is comparatve. Ive had this chip at nearly 2.1v before :D

24C is indeed my ambient. (75F in my house right now) Yes I know about the thermometer test, Woodbutcher PMd me about it and I will get it done. But....60/60/58/58 looks good to you for load temps on a Q6600 with my setup?

Ok guys. I did some minor modification of the loop last night by: 1. Remounted FuZion to improve CPU temps. Enclosed is a pic of the ceramique on the FuZion and the Q6600 after I pulled it off. perhaps a tad on the heavy side, but a good spread. Well, maybe a tad more than a tad heavy hehe :)...

PS - do I need to drain the system for a CPU block remount? Or is it ok to do it full of water and just be careful? TY!

Also, just HOW far off are my temps? Im thinking I should be somewhere around.... CPU - Idle 35-38C, load, 45-48C GPU Idle 25-30C, load 30-32C Are those unrealistic considering Vcore 1.46 (BIOS) and CPU 9 X 400, and GPU 800/2000/1100?

Ceramique was applied properly as per the AS website for quad cores. I also buried the pro-mount spring loaded screws AS FAR as they would possibly go. AS FAR as they would go!!! Hehehehe. Ill try a remount later today, BUT....I also do not like my GPU temps. How could a bad CPU mount cause...

Ok guys, project is completed! Still needs ALOT of tweaking, but all of the basic constuction/assembly is done. Full system is Q6600, P5K dlx, 8800 GTS G92, 2 X 1 gb mushkin PC8500, Corsair 520hx, 2 X 320gb 7200.10 in RAID 0. Cooling is: D-tek FuZion with washer and quad accelerator nozzle...
