Are you sure that you downloaded the correct Intel VGA driver ? The latest version of Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver is 15.​22.​1.​64.​2361 dated 4/13/2011. I used that version and it did not work. The 2401 is the latest "test" version found in the forums...

I suspect that the USB 3.0 driver may be causing the problems you have I did not install the USB 3.0 drivers, only the intel VGA ones. I'm starting to believe it's just another defective mobo.
