    changed out my cooler and can do 3.9 Ghz at 1.35 volts. RAM at 2933.

    3.8 on the 1700 at 1.36 volts (with stock cooler) CPU LLC set to mode 3 2667 for the RAM 16-18-18-36 at 1.35 volts (Corsair Vengeance 16GB, 3200 Mhz) Motherboard: MSI X370 SLI PLUS Can run the RAM at 2927 now after boosting the NB voltage to 1.225
