used stock heatsink and fan. im sure the heatsink is mounted correctly.
applied thin layer of arctic silver all over the heat spreader.
i have 4 case fans (excluding heatsink fan)
btw... arctic silver i used was AS3 not AS5

hmmmm ic.. i applied arctic silver on the entire heatspreader (thid layer thou)
so... how much am i supposed to apply? and how?
so.. just drop a little bit in the center and let the heatsink spread it out?

im sure i applied the arctic silver correctly using the edge of a credit card as well as the heatsink too.
but these temperature just scares me. when i reset the computer after playing some games, the temperature reading is at over 60C. sometimes close to 65C.
any comments?

hello. i just got an Athlon 64 3400+ (with stock heatsink and fan) with ePox 8KDA Mobo today.
after putting everything all together i checked the cpu temperature and it was around 55C. (used arctic silver)
and im just wondering if this is the normal temperature for this processor.
