I have both 1.1 Apacer and recently picked up the 2.0 USB Apacer and they both work great. The Apacer is not only 2.0 USB on the front port but all the Flash memory slots are 2.0 also. I believe the Soyo one is only 2.0 on the USB port but not on the media slots. Not sure if Ajump still has it...
