Here's what I'd like to do:
1. Buy 1.4 GHz Athlon XP 1600
2. Overclock mobo FSB and the unlocked CPU 25% by using synchronous memory/FSB at 333/166 (so Athlon is at 1.75GHz, about 2200+, and mobo FSB is at 166 instead of 133)
3. Do it cheap using a 4 year old Enlight ATX 250 watt PSU and case
