I was wondering the same thing....i get my card finally on friday. I read the rebate but am not clear on what i send with the rebate for a receipt. Do i mail the tigerdirect order conformation.

I love the Thinkpad keyboards theirs nothing quite like them.

Its been 5 days since i ordered the card and its still in the warehouse tomorrow i am going to call tiger direct to see what all the hold up is and am going to try and get a upgrade on my shipping as a comp.

o yes and you would hear a (POST hardware diagonostic message) if the graphic adapter had a error usualy 5 beeps

these problems are the most difficult to troubleshoot becase it can be a number of things. My feeling is that its the motherboard or processor. Do you hear anything besides the fans....booting.

I read a good article at Tomshardware about this chip.

i pulled out one of my A+ books...3xx is a keyboard error and 6xx is a floppy controller error. I have never had those errors im gussing those are for older at and baby at motherboards which probably required them. good luck.

hi POST stands for "Power on self test" i test the bare minimum it takes for the computer to run. first it checks the processor memory and video output. you should hear 1 beep everytime you turn on your computer and post runs successfuly. if a crucial part of your computer fails you should hear...

you should be ok but on some motherboards it is recommend that you flash your bios to a new version to support the san diego core.

its probably due to the fact that they havent tweaked their upstream if there using bittorrent or azureus:P
