That's kind of what I was thinking also. Thanks for the input. I may go with which ever is cheaper or has the better promotional offer at the time. Are either a good investment for future gaming (now-2016) or should I move up a price tier?

Hello all, I was hoping someone could offer some advice as to some good pvr/dvr setup. What I need is something that can catch and record over the air television much like a DVR. Not sure what features are available or even what products to look at. Any advice would be amazing. Thanks in advance

I've played all the new stuff in 1080p on max settings and have never used more than 30% of my i5-3470. It is the best CPU I've ever had. It won't disappoint and maybe even impress you.
