    Win 2k install problems

    try pulling the sound card and then installing. I had a similar problem and that fixed it. just load the drivers and install sound card after w2k install.

    try going into cmos and enabling "memory hole 15-16". this is a known issue on kx-133 via chipset boards. it worked for me.

    KA7-100 , Win98SE and SB 16 PCI lockups

    Every time I try to install the SB 16 PCI sound the PC locks up at boot just when desktop is loading. I've tried swapping slots, new drivers,pulling all other cards and reloading Win98SE. I am not using the HighPoint BIOS. Have out the latest VIA 4 in 1 pack also. Any ideas are greatly...
