Hi all, I'm running a dual boot setup with 98 and XP Pro. 98 was the first installation, so the boot.ini file resides in the 98 partition. I'd like to upgrade the 98 partition to Win2K, ultimately having a 2k/XP system. Can I just upgrade the 98 to 2k? will that overwrite the boot.ini...

WMP won't play an .mpg file from internet explorer. It will play other formats like .avi and .wmv, but not mpg. I just get an error window saying that windows media player has encountered problems and needs to shut down. I can play .mpg files if I download them and play them off the hard...

I have that exact chair. Bought it about 2 years ago and is holding up well. Would certainley recommend it for $39.

I'd be interested in some input about that too, and no, I don't think you're super sensitive. I bought a few of those Vantec Stealth fans last year. First and last Vantec product I'll ever buy. Any company that has the nerve to call these fans "stealth" isn't getting any more of my business.

Ive had one of these for about a year now. It's ok. Good picture, gets a little pixelated near the edges, and the geometry is impossible to get perfect. Don't think I'd buy another. But any flat 19" for $185 w/ free freight is a good deal. And, as always, Newegg rocks.
