I'm running Micron 2100 DDR, GeForce 2 GTS. There is an option to run the RAM at 133 (266) and the CPU at 100 FSB, and I haven't run into any lock-ups that way.

Thanks for the input. I'll try it. However, it still doesn't answer that question of why it locks up, without overclocking, below 50C. Doesn't seem right.
