    www.xboxscene.com is a great source for drive types, what brand of discs should work, and what version of xbox you have. You can check the FAQ in the forums, or just look around the site.

    Check the item information. If your buying from newegg, it should come with heatsink and fan. The 512 mb version is the best card out there right now. It is also one of the most expensive. If you want the best though, theres no reason to go with a lesser card, and then upgrade to this one...
