How do you find out the Chache Latency on a Duron CPU? and Is there any way to change the latency?

I have an Epox 8kta3, as with all KT133A mobo it suffer from the pre-bios Vcore being set to the CPU default, which means and overclocked CPU will not always boot. To fix this I changed the Default Vcore of my Duron 750 to 1.8v by joining the appropriate L7 bridges. This fixes the problem, but...
