Yea hehe not really possible to make a complete circle with out sanding and so on... you can always make your fan out line then drill holes around the whole thing then just cut the little pieces to make things alittle simpler. but theres no way around sanding it down Dahhh well if it was so...

Did you check the system processes? and is it a windows loaded SS or a downloaded SS that you run when this happens? or is it all... but you should check the system processes when its not there and once it shows up check it out again and see if theres any processes running that werent or...

Hmmm its been a bit since ive ran linux hehe but if im correct right click, go to desktop ( or anything familar to that ) and look around in there.. if im correct there should be settings on how many desktops you want and the settings on them.. if that didnt work email me and i will find out...

I dont think it will fix it.. But it may its worth a shot! theres a chance that you can use your system restore if you have it set... that can result in loss of programs you have now and not then... but i would recommend setting up a system restore date just incase of future problems :) hope...

First what kinda mobo are you running? Second are the jumpers set right on the drive? and also if im correct you cant install games on slave drives ( not sure ive had problems with this so i gave up on it hehe ) otherwise just check the jumpers and make sure your booting off the right drive that...

Yep your gonna have to drill them out... but you may wanna make sure that you can correctly put the top back on the case after you drill them out cause once there out your gonna have to find a way to keep the top attached to the case which may pose a problem if where you have to screw and what...

I would suggest putting the radiator as high in the case as possible do to the fact that it runs easier unless your running a nice pump its no biggie where it goes...maybe you can get a aluminum box to put it in and mount it to the top of the case hehe dont know how well that would go tho...
