I went with duel Gigabyte 780's and am extremely happy.

So I used this as a guide last night and ran 4.1 Prime95 7hrs stable. This was with 1.15v CPU and 4.0ghz uncore. I tried bumping it up to 4.2 same voltage but instant failure. I moved to 1.16v and am running stress test while I'm at work.
