Hey Guys! I'm not sure which one to buy, or which one is better. When it comes to PSU, I have no idea which is more reliable, better quality, high tier ect. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as i'm drawn between these two PSU's. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the information, I was just worried because the sound is very audible even when wearing headphones . But Im on the fence of sending it back or keeping it. Update; I replaced the card at the retailer and the problem is fixed.

Sorry for not being clear, but I meant when the fan is spinning it makes the humming/buzzing and the humming stops when I stop the fan with my finger. I don't think its a coil whine as it sounds too low and not high pitched.
