i get free tuition...but i'm paying 600 bucks/month for rent, then there's electricity, phone, groceries, etc. i think it would have been cheaper if i got someone to pay for my living expenses, and i'd just pay for my tuition!

i think it's important to study something you are interested in - after all, you're spending 4 (most likely 5 nowadays) years of your life in college.
but i guess i'm still trying to adjust to my new place after transfering because i gave up alot when i left my first school...
how important is what you get your degree in compared to the type of career you want to work in after college? AND how important is the name of the university you went to in the working world? i don't mean 10 years after you graduate - but right after graduation when you're looking for a job...
