Yeh it might shorten it from 10 years to 4-5. Nothing big to worry about. I think it is more temperature that kills more than heat.. But heat is a HUGE factor..IF you aren't running too hot I wouldn't worry. I have been running mine at 1.85 actual volts for over like 3 months now and no major...
