    Will a 550E support SMP??

I'd check the S-code on your processor and if you have the cB0 stepping of the processor than you'll be able to run it in SMP. The older stepping had no support for SMP and you'll be out of luck then, just like I am with my PIII-700. Here is the link where you can check the S-code...

    Metallic Jewel Cases?

I realize this new topic has nothing to do with hardware, but I just saw the debut of AntiTrust and I need to find where they design the jewel cases they use in the movie... they are so SWEET! If anybody has any idea where I might purchase something like that, please let me know. Thanks!

    BIOS flashing and Command.com

Just format a new disk and type sys a: at the command prompt. It will transfer all the necessary files to create a boot disk... so long as you are running Windows 98 (not Me). Oh, you can also use either command.com as well... so long as you have one, it shouldn't make a difference which one...

what speed does ISA run at?

Depends on how far you plan on overclocking your system, but I've never read or heard of anyone having any type of problems... of course... not many people use ISA devices anymore (Thank God!!). Plus, ISA slots stay relatively close to their spec when overclocked. They do, however, make...
