Well.........Looks like JAG, was right. "potential incompatibility problems" System worked fine, until a large CAD file is opened, when trying to work on it, then system locks up. Reinstalled the orig 1gb, CAD file not locking up. Will RMA 5300 2gb, and spend the extra $ for 2gb of PC2-4200...
