Now if only the turtle tank can somehow be shielded from below where "sleeping soldiers" sit and wait for it to make shaking hands an uplifting experience. And seeing as if Russian tanks were never designed to compensate for the added weight those tops pile on, it seems the tanks would have to slow down quite a bit to keep from overheating as well as the added fuel consumption it'll take to go from functional to scrap.

No, it's just showing the importance of combined arms warfare. Nothing is a magic bullet that can handle all scenarios. Different pieces of equipment and troops are needed to support one another to counter and mitigate the various threats.
