Bingo, that goes both ways. There's a reason why China and Russia really don't actually directly poke the West, because they're dependent on them as well.

It goes both ways far more for China than it does for Russia. Russia is in much less of a symbiotic relationship with the West than is China. Hence they have been doing some serious poking. The deterrent for them is more the traditional fear of nuclear mutual destruction.

China has a _lot_ more to lose in just the disruption of the current order. Their route to increase power and influence doesn't rely on sending in tanks.

Soon China will take over Taiwan.
Europe and America can no longer stand against China because they are addicted to cheap Chinese goods/products.
Europe and America cannot sanction China because high inflation will affect Europe and America and there will be a shortage of goods. China is self-sufficient and sanctions will be ineffective.
Europe and America slept and lost.
China already killed itself dead no one has to do anything except wait.........

That's certainly a take…
a horrendously racist country . with a aging population and a collapsed birth rate for the last 40 years. When even the CCP's numbers are horrific you know just how bad it is.

Yep im calling it :)

Shitlol

I opened this thread this afternoon and quickly read it as ‘Europe and America are addicted to cheap Chinese cheese foods’ so I scrolled right past and said to myself “That's weird, I'll check that out tonight..”
For you:

To be fair, some are probably just returning banned members or mults. There's like a handful of right wing losers that keep doing that. Which, it really doesn't matter if its bots, new trolls, new ignorant fools, or those from my first sentence, they're functionally all the same and offer nothing worth interacting with.

Best thing is to just ignore them to starve them of the attention they need. Often they're actively seeking negative attention to fuel hatred which is what they need to keep their bubble of ignorance from bursting.
People who hate themselves have a need to tell others they aren't worth bothering with because that is hows they themselves were made to feel and it gives them a chance to draw attention to themselves by expressing that hatred and dismissal, hoping to win group approval of similar minded self hating individuals. But, while no amount of attention you can give people emotionally damaged in this way will ever satisfy them because attention itself will not fix negativity, neither will ignoring them. That is done out of ones own selfishness and envy for the seemingly limited attention anyone has to pay for others. Sick people can change, they can grow up, mature, have life impacts that change their point of view, in short become reachable via communication with others when previously totally deaf. Your universal dismissive attitude will preclude you being there when they might be open to what you have to say because you have turned your back. Telling you this right now is doubtless a waste of time but one day you might see it.

Shervan, hello, you make some good points in some respects though you will face some backlash here. People on this forum don't like any country that can challenge American hegemony.

Just curious, are you from the Caspian region?
Is that where the social media cyber ops division is?

Then what situation will await America and Europe?
Mexico and Vietnam, for two. Mind you, this hypothetical of China and the US disengaging completely is not feasible. However, as long as Xi, head of the expansionist and rapacious Han Empire, continues in his brutally authoritarian and Han racist ways (see Hong Kong, Tibet, the Uigyers (sic) and the fucking entire South China Sea) businesses will continue to look for other places to pay the locals shit wages for their sneakers.

I have really gone out of my way avoiding Chinese made goods for most of my life. If I can find another option made elsewhere I'll buy that one.
I always felt dirty buying products from that country.

Well, the west definitely needs to get off their fat asses and start making really basic non technologically advanced things like cellulose for Fn gun powder. These kinds of stupid supply decisions for strategically important things like making gun power have to stop. Profit motive will destroy democracy.

I judge any local Mom and Pop Chinese restaurant by their hot and sour soup.

Peace in Europe since WW2, why? Cause countries that trade with each other dont wage war on each other.

Maybe it's a banging fact that China and US is locked in a mutual trade dependency?

China is trying to emulate what the US did through the IMF with their belt and road initiative and I'm OK with that.

If countries want to tie the economic noose from which they will hang I have no issues with what brand of rope they choose.
