DDR3 1333 to nearly 1662 OC unusual?

Need advice folks. I've got a FSB OC of 250 on a locked multiplier AMD quad. See below for pic. Is it unusual to get DDR3 1333 to OC to 1662? I ask because I am thinking about upgrading from 4gb to 8gb but am not sure I want to sacrifice a good OC to get an extra 4gb. What say you?

generally a 1333 1.5v can make it to 1600 @ 1.5 or more commonly, with more vdimm @ 1.65v.

pushing 1.65 vdimm will be no issue to you on the AMD chip.
