I made baby back ribs last weekend. So, I made baby back ribs pizza today. Baby back ribs, caramelized onions and roasted jalapenos. I diluted the Sweet Baby Ray's to thin it out a little. Fresh shredded low moisture whole milk mozzarella.

Actually went to church this morning. I walk in and I see Pastor Kay. She tells me to go get my seat. She's referring to where my late wife and I used to sit all those years. Got my spot. They also played one of our favorite hymns. Great morning!

After church, I decided that I was going to grill a steak instead of eating out. Bought a 2-pack of ribeyes. Vacuum sealed one and stuck it in the freezer. Thought I might run out of propane. Luckily, I made it!
