ZZF's processing time

Ordered some stuff from ZZF on sunday. It's been in "packed" state since 2:00 PST yesterday. According to my order status, it's still "packed". Should I call and see if there's a problem since, according to their website, its just been sitting around for a day?

just my first time ordering from ZZF and I dunno what their standard routine is.

I'm one city over from them and i usually get my stuff next day if I order before 10am...they are usually very fast.

So considering this is Tuesday, it seems that the "standard routine" is what they posted.

Hope in a company that can't get stuff shipped out asap? They have been slowing down on processing the last few weeks and I am growing tired of it. I can place an order with Newegg at 3:30pm their time and it will still ship out that afternoon.

I ordered something on Sat, It got shipped monday, and should be here tomorrow...No problems for me
