ZZF and their "processing time" - Usually take 5 days?!!?

I made a new account on ZZF. Bought a Video Card, and have waited 5 days and it is STILL in processing. Does it usually take THIS long? I'm used to newegg and getting my hardware in 3 days after clicking "Buy me!!!"

Call and find out. I've ordered a few things from ZZF before and they have been pretty quick about processing and delivery.

They probably don't actually have in stock the thing you ordered. Although it says on the website it is in stock, what is probably going on is that their shipment got delayed somehow and didn't arrive on the date they thought it would. Just guessing. That's usually the cause of things like this. You need to call them and inquire.

I have never ordered anything from ZZF that took longer than 48 hours from the 'buy now' click to seeing it shipped.

But I have had my account since they were googlegear and wonder if that has something to do with it.

I've used them several times since the switch from googlegear (heck that's been a few years hasn't it?) and they are usually pretty quick about getting it out. Maybe it's back ordered and they're waiting on a shipment?

Called them. They could not have been more rude.
I call: Its a mad black lady talking at 100mph, almost everything she says needs repeating b/c I couldnt understand her

Her: "Thanks for calling, what can ???????"
Me: "Ermmm? Hi, I have an order that's been on hold for 6 days is something wrong?"
Her: "I dun know sa"
Me: "Well.... I was kinda calling you, since... your supposed to have that information"
Her: "Ohhm, one moment"

*5 Minute Hold*

Her: "You there sa?"
Me: "...Yea.."
Her: "K good, one moment"

*2 minute hold*

Her: "Hello??"
Me: "Yes??" (Getting agrivated in the tone of her "I dont give a ****** attitude")
Her: "Order Number" (Sighs)
ME: "XXXXXXXX"
Her: We need your adress confirmation
Me: "What?!"
Her: "We cannot send anything until we have your address information"
Me: "I NEVER got an email saying they needed that information"
Her: "Well they do sa"

*Give her address*

Her: "It's verified thank you sa for calling ZZF g'bye."

Not asking if I had any questions extra or anything, she just said it was verified and hung up!.. 6 hours later it's still processing.

Last time I order from ZZF.
