zwz.exe , virus or something

So i got this zwz.exe that runs automatically on my computer, i see it on my taskmanager, it basically streams a bunch of pop ups onto my computer with random ads on it. When i close it in task manager, it stops, but it re starts itself later on... i have used ad-aware and spybot, as well as mcAfee but i still cant get rid of it... any solutions... =[

i'd first try to scan from an antivirus cd upon boot. you can get that here:

then, i'd scan with malwarebytes in safe mode after updating the latest version.
