i have lots of japanese songs with id3 tags that my friend gave to me. not that i know how to read them but instead, zune is showing up a perfect square for each character. :laugh: so, as any good customer would do, i went to their website for assistance. i came across this message that read,
i'm not trying to be mean to those who has hearing problems, but why would they buy things like zunes if their hearings are impaired??
