Zune compression

I want to prepare some video files to go on my zune but I don't want to actually put them on it yet. Is there any way I can have the zune software do the conversion like it does when you sync with out actually syncing it?

You could use a program called Encode360 to do the conversion and just store all your small videos in a particular place.

Thanks! I will try that one. I have been using something else that is supposed to convert video files to be compatible with the zune but the zune software has been converting the already converted files so that was useless.
