Zune app like yamipod?

Try this or this. I've never used it, but I'm curious how well it works, and whether or not it can take advantage of certain program features that the Zune software lacks (like on-the-fly music file transcoding from lossless to wma)
 
Those still require you to have the Zune software installed, and seem more like hacks then a replacement. I would take caution before using those.
 
I really wish the Zune just had native USB hard drive capabilities. Then I could just drag and drop my files.

Even now with the Zune software in, you have to start copying then close the program to be able to drag and drop.
