I'm looking for a New Zune 8 gig mp3 player.

I realize they stopped manufacturing them but that's the one my girlfriend wants so...
that's what I'm looking for and it needs to be new.

I've searched (google, slick deals, etc ) and I mostly come up with ones that cost about 130 which is too much in my opinion.

Any help is appreciated, Around $100 is what she's looking at give or take 15, 20 bucks.

Yeah, I saw that but the red is like 130 and the pink is 100 about, which is alright but I was just wondering if anyone had seen any other deals

Thanks for the reply though Strk

Sony's Walkman is nice, SQ is great, price is good. Nice size and battery life too. BB has 2 on sale this week, the newest model is $99 the older one $79. They sound better than Zunes and I honestly like the UI a lot more. She should be happy with it, they even come in a bunch of colors if she's one of those picky females :)

Look on eBay, my girlfriend has been following Zune 8GBs on there (that's the one she wants too). They're going for decent prices, albeit used.

For what its worth, I have the 16GB 2nd gen Zune (same thing, just more storage) and I love it. In some ways I like it more than the Zune HD. If you can find a cheapo used one for maybe $30-$40, its definitely worth it.

I believe they go from 4 - 8 gig. not sure maybe 16 ( but i think then the 16 gig is 3rd generation)

these are solidstate.

I ended up picking a pink one up at tigerdirect.com for like 99 bucks brand new, 8 gig, came with a leather case, charging kit, and FM car transmitter.

Yeah I have a 4GB Zune and knew they had an 8GB, but if they had a 16GB solid state model (not the Zune HD) that would be worth looking into.
