Zoysia Grass - Anyone try it?

I'm looking for some easy to maintain grass and i've seen ads for this stuff in PopSci and other mags.. just wondering if its as good as they make it out to be.

Needs lots of sun, but is great stuff once established. Grows very slowly and is so dense that it pretty much chokes out the weeds.

Did a lot of research on it and decided not to plant it. Over the years, unless you put in underground barriers, it will take over your neighbor's lawns as well whether you want it to or not. Better make sure they like it as well as their neighbors and so on and so forth...

It turns very brown in the winter in colder climates. I gues in Phoenix it won't be so much an issue.
