I have a couple Zotac 480s. Regardless of the vendor, the cards are all the same if they're the reference design. I've had one reason to contact them, I did hear back a couple days later and then replied to them and have yet to hear back now, that was almost a week ago. So who knows.

Zotac offers a lifetime warranty, I have serious doubts that the quality of their RMA process or the customer service involved in said process would be of the quality of EVGA though.

I would get an EVGA card 100% if they both are at the same price point.

yeah, it depends on the price delta, but usually a good rule of thumb is pay $10-20 for evga, most other vendors pay regular price, lesser known ones like zotac, galaxy, etc probably $10-20 LESS than regular price. hold out for a few days and you'll see great deals on name brands as well, don't worry ;)

Ya its a itchy topic. Personally your going to get higher quality PCB from the big boys.

zodiac or bfg or a-data etc,,, will not give you quality parts on their PCB and what not.

Nice 480 SLI ,,, that cost you 1k wow crazy!!!

All of my cards have been EVGA ever since Geforce 4 and had great luck with them including RMA.

I am also curious about this ZOTAC however since it is the only one which includes Displayport!

stupid question, but I can easily hook up two monitors to these cards right? Basically 1 being a monitor and 1 being my TV?
