Ok then go with the msi one,but how old is that psu and what is the 12v rating ?

i would never touch a zotac product. ever. not video cards, not motherboards. nothing

they are not exactly known for their quality. i dont have any confidence in any of their products. i've read a few months ago over on [h] forum how someone had to replace 18 zotac motherboards for his company. they were all the same model.
