I have never heard of this brand. The seem to offer a lifetime warranty. Any info about them and their quality?

If you're talking Fermi, they're reference boards like all others. Very impressive and strongly worded warranty commit on their website. Looks pretty damn good IMO...

From their warranty:

This limited lifetime warranty is valid for the life of the retail product, so long as the original purchaser owns the product, based upon the following conditions

But how long is the life of the retail product, 1 year, 2 year, ...?

It is a limited lifetime warranty. If they EOL the product the warranty is over.

I have a factory overclocked zotac gtx260 216 (650, 1400, 1050 mhz vs. 576, 1242, 1000 mhz at stock) and it's been 100% rock solid for me since I bought it back in November 2008.

In choosing to focus on that particular verbage, I'd venture to guess you've read a "they didn't honor my warranty because of EOL" horror story or two.

It's all about interpretaion. You've interpreted that verbage to mean that after a product goes EOL, you're shit out of luck?

Nothing else you read on their website leads you to believe they'd be interested in taking care of you somehow, despite an exact replacement or repair not possible?
