Zoran Soft DVD problem

I have a diamond Stealth III S540 video card and zoran soft dvd player. computer detects the dvd and starts the program, but it only plays the sound. no video zoran sits on the startup screen
btw my dvd-rom is Pioneer 103S 6x speed
any help ?
 
as usual, i figured out the problem myslef. Via 4 in 1 driver fixed the problem
thanks for all the non helps
