ZoomBrowser Ex... can't zoom

this sounds a bit funny, but i can't get ZoomBrowser Ex (v. 6.7.2.33) to zoom when i'm viewing Raw CR2 files. i want to see the image at it's original resolution... my monitor resolution is maxed-out at 1680x1050.

does anyone know why i can't? thanks!
