Zonealarm question...

Anybody know if you can disable the inbound monitoring feature of zonealarm?

Go to E-Mail Protection and there are two switches. One for Inbound and the other for Outbound. You can turn either or both on or off there. I keep mine off because that function is handled best by my ISP using Postini.com's SpamDam. (It also blocks all viruses as well.)

Thanks, but if that only for email?

If I turn off the firewall, but the program control is still active, does that basically achieve what I wanted?
