ZoneAlarm: How do i view/see what is going out from my computer?

i d/l a mpeg that had a hidden program in it. a whole bunch of ads popped up as soon as i ran it.

norton antivirus says i'm clean. but i'm still paranoid. i just got zonealarm basic. is there a way to see what is going out of my computer and onto the internet?

You can use Visual Zone to view your Zone Alarm logs.

You should also run Adaware and/or Spybot S & D to look for adware.
