zone arlarm

I had the free firewall from zone arlarm and i bought the pro 4.0 and now i cant get int the yahoo chat room. ahy ideas on how to fix this? getting help from zone arlarm is like pulling your own teeth.

Have you tried switching ZoneAlarm to "learning mode" temporarliy while you try to access it? Better yet, turn off ZA and then try to access it and see if thats really the case. If it is, then goto learning mode.

I did turn it off and i can connect. Ialso put it in learning mode but so far no dice
