Zone alarm reset question

hi. i use zone alarm. how do i get it to show me a list of programs that it has disabled internet access for? And how can I change this list?
 
Ok this is for an older version of Zone Alarm Pro, so if you use the free or newer one it may be different so apologies in advance if it is.

Go into the main menu and select the Program Control tab, select the programs tab.

You'll see a listing of the programs the have asked for or need internet access. You can adjust the settings there by clicking on them and setting it to allow, block or ask.
