i cannot download anything from underdogs

and some similar sites after installed zone alarm pro.
in additions, cannot view any attached images on some forum, cannot send pm on some forum.
i tried many settings but same results....except close it.
anyone know the correct settings? or any other firewall program is better than zone alarm pro?
