Zone Alarm Pro + WinXP Problems

To make a long story short, ZA doesn't seem to be working for me under XP RC1 right now. It isn't passing GRC's Shields Up test, nor anything else. It does stop applications when you do an emergancy internet shutoff, but outside of that, it's useless. I've heard several people say they've used it without problems, so I know this isn't a lost cause. So, if you guys could be so nice, mind giving me a little help here? Thanks.

PS Yes, XP's default firewall is allreadu turned off
