I recently downloaded ZA 7 to upgrade my security suite from ZA 6. I got a new installation key and loaded the program. I checked and found I had over 350 days left on my subscription.O.K.. Today I started up my computer and a warning message tells me my subscription has expired and I can't update my virus or spyware definitions. I un-installed and re-installed the program but now it tells me I have 15 days left. Has anyone else encountered this problem?. BTW I just picked up Vista Ultimate and a free One Care. What would you do?. ZA 7 isn't compatible w/ Vista yet, but I hate to give ZA my ducats for nothing.

How about try a support request using their online form thingie: http://www.zonealarm.com/store/content/forms/tech_support.jsp

Oh, and
BTW I just picked up Vista Ultimate and a free One Care
If it were me, I would install Vista Ultimate, use the Windows Firewall, set up a Standard user account and a Software Restriction Policy, throw on a 30-day trialware of Kaspersky Antivirus 6 and sit tight while waiting for the free "Kaspersky lite" to come out for Vista, at which point I would switch to that. :) Let the OneCare sit on the shelf, it's not that hot.

That's pretty much what I was thinking regarding Vista. I thought ZA was using Kaspersky now which is why upgraded from ZA 6 to 7 originally.
