Zone Alarm Forgets my Settings?

Every time I reboot, Zone Alarm will clear out all of my program settings. I have to reprogram everything on a boot up, so I get all those annoying display boxes. It will remember the programs, but not my allowing them to the internet. I'm in Win XP and have the newest, XP compatible version of ZA. Any suggestions? This is getting very annoying...
